Overstaying

Why every day counts

A second extension is not normally allowed on the tourist VOA.

  • A fine of IDR 1,000,000 for each day of overstay.
  • Longer overstays can mean detention and deportation.
  • A ban from re-entering Indonesia for a set period.

Leave on or before your expiry date, or finish your extension well in advance.
