Passport, 6 months valid
Counted from your entry date. Less than that means denied entry.
Fees & payment · 2026
IDR 500,000 for a 30-day Visa on Arrival, and the same again to extend once to 60 days. Here is what you pay and what you need.
The official fees
One fee to enter, one fee to extend. The structure is unchanged for 2026.
The VOA fee is non-refundable. Paying ahead through the e-VOA cuts your time at the airport.
Entry requirements
The same rules apply whether you stay 30 days or extend to 60.
Going to 60 days
The extension is not automatic. You apply for it separately while in Bali.
Your stay counts from the date of entry.
Begin the extension well before your first 30 days run out.
At an immigration office, or through a registered visa agent.
Paid when you apply. You can then stay up to 60 days in total.

Good to know
Not every traveller needs a VOA, and not every traveller can get one.
Confirm your country's status with the Indonesian embassy or consulate before travel. Policies can change.
